Siân Hughes is a Communications Manager at Cera, a digital-first home healthcare provider. She leads internal, external and executive communications, with a focus on health and social care, preventative care, AI and public sector partnerships.

 

She has experience delivering communications across healthcare, public affairs and corporate environments in the UK and internationally. Her work focuses on translating complex policy, clinical and technology topics into clear, accessible narratives that inform stakeholders and support decision-making.

 

At Cera, Siân oversees communications for a workforce of over 12,000 colleagues, manages external messaging across clinical and public affairs initiatives, and delivers executive communications including LinkedIn strategy focused on AI, health equity and system transformation.

 

Before joining Cera, she led national media relations at Turning Point during the COVID-19 pandemic, securing coverage on key public health issues and supporting communications across the NHS and local authorities. She has also held communications roles at The Liberal Democrats, FTI Consulting, and Smyle, working across public affairs, international campaigns, corporate positioning and brand launches.
