Menopause
matters

With an 82% female workforce, our Menopause Support Programme goes beyond policy – we empower our colleagues to continue working and thrive as they navigate peri-menopause and menopause.

 

Menopause is estimated to prevent 60,000 women in the UK from working at any given time, with 1 in 4 UK working women aged 40-60 saying menopause has affected their career progression.

 

From peer groups to expert Q&As and awareness training, we're creating a workplace where everyone feels understood and supported. From day one, colleagues are introduced to Cera's menopause-friendly outlook – making support visible, accessible and woven into company culture.
