Niki Goddard is a PR Specialist at Cera, a digital-first home healthcare provider. She works across corporate communications, supporting brand positioning, external messaging and reputation management in a regulated health and care environment.

 

She brings over 15 years’ experience in corporate communications, with a focus on regulated sectors including financial services, technology and healthcare. Her work centres on shaping brand narratives, managing reputation and supporting organisations through periods of growth, transformation and regulatory change.

 

Alongside her role at Cera, Niki is Founder of Attune Public Relations. She has held senior leadership roles including Head of Corporate Communications at Wrisk, Director at Antidote Communications, and Head of PR & Corporate Communications at Parmenion, where she advised C-suite stakeholders through major organisational events including a private equity sale and the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Earlier in her career, she led international communications programmes across sectors including finance, healthcare, energy and technology, working with organisations such as Visa, AXA, McKinsey, Veuve Clicquot and Nestlé.
